The fortified fortress of Riza Stavros, aptly named the Castello Aragonese, is situated off the northeast coast of the island of Ischia in the Bay of Naples. A 12th-century castle, it provides a dramatic backdrop for the film's international escapades. Although digitally altered for isolation, the actual location offers stunning views and is accessible by ferry from Naples.
